I love these shoes i am disabled when i go out i use a electric wheelchair so i soon feel the cold so i need shoes that are sturdy and will keep my feet warm obviously i wear socks with them but these are very comfy and smart and because they are patant they a a little dresser so am very happy

I usually buy wide fitting shoes so I ordered a wide fit in a size 4. They were quite big on me and I had to resort to wearing inner soles. I think because they are clumpy even with these they kept sliding off. They are a lovely shoe and very stylish but after only wearing them a couple of times the seam on the top on the left foot was splitting and coming apart. I did debate whether to try and glue them but thought better of it because for the price I paid for them they shouldn't be falling apart after only a couple of times worn. I returned them to store even though I didn't have a receipt as I had bought them quite a while ago but had never worn them. They gave me a full refund. They are extremely expensive for such poor quality.

I thought they were going to really rub I wore the thinnest of sox I had never worn them before I wore them all day an 8 hour shift !! Not so much as a red mark and they look really good

Falling apart after light wearing

I bought these for working in an office. Only worn a handful of times as i swapped them in between wearing other shoes with different outfits. They look lovely, coming up a tad big but they are comfy. They are coming apart at the seams around the top of the foot. Customer service wont do anything as they say it is out of the time limit. You can tell by the insides and outside that these have no wear at all, very disappointed in the shoes & M&S.

Repeat purchase because all good things come to an end eventually! My previous pair lasted so long and we’re such fantastic shoes; go with everything, very smart but so comfy. Perfect work shoe for teaching on your feet all day, in!

Bought the black leather version yesterday in sale.As mentioned,I went down a half size and they fit well being wide fit.Not always easy to get comfy shoes for wide feet.They look good and will go with anything during colder weather.The inside is comfortable and Im happy with them.
