Cut with a contemporary wide-leg fit, pleat detailing and a flattering high waistband, they fasten securely with a concealed hook, bar and zip. Oh my, these trousers are so comfortable, thought they were a bit young for me but hey ho who cares. They are a delight to wear, have a heavier weight than most trousers, but just right for the winter.I am a 10 and the 10 fit perfect, not too tight at the waist or hips lovely.

The style is very nice but the material is too heavy. I ordered size 6 and because it wasn't too fitting, the weight of the material is pulling the trousers down. I had to return it.

These trousers look so lovely on. I’m quite short (5’3”) and I had to take them up by 4cm. They had a really large hem already, so if you’re tall it would be easy to let them down. They fit on the bigger side, so if you’re in between sizes, I’d go with the smaller size. They are so nice to wear. Not scratchy. They look great for work.

Good weight to these trousers, very nice design and they fit me very well. The hem is unusual as it is very deep but seeing that the trousers come in one length only anyone taller would be able to lengthen them. Very pleased with my purchase

Ordered these without seeing them and was very pleasantly surprised - I love them. They were a great length too with loads of hem to let down if necessary. Great drape and not too thick and chunky

Was so excited to get these trousers, but on the first wear one of the hems came down. I took straight to a mender but as it was invisible stitching they won’t offer it and neither will the second one I went to. So the only solution would now be to get both hems stitched which will then change the look. Not ideal! And an expense I don’t need

I loved these trousers online and had planned so many ‘the gentlemen’-esque outfits using them. They were gorgeous when they arrived, such good quality and they sat lovely on my waist and hips. Then came the length. I am 5’7 with longish legs and the trousers came up very short. They were too short by about an inch for me to wear with flat shoes and obviously would hve been far too short with a platform/ heel. I didn’t think to check the hem before returning which I’m annoyed with myself about but wish M&S offered these in a long length, like they do their jeans. I find the long length wide leg jeans sits perfectly. I have only given 3 stars as, although this trouser is amazing, I am not super tall and therefore found them to be very short- cut.

Can dress up, dress down, everyone asking where I got them from. True to size and generous. I am 5’9” and they are the perfect length- large hem on bottom can be adjusted. A staple piece and good investment. Bravo M&S, I will be returning
