Fabric sags when wet

Quite possibly the worst swimsuit I have ever had. It is fine when dry (apart from tummy control which is non-existant). But as soon as it gets wet, the fabric sags like a woolly jumper. The necline is already low cut, but when wet my chest is completely exposed and the seat of the swimsuit is hanging nearly to my knees. Completely unsuitable for swimming or poolside wear if there is a slight risk of getting damp. I tried it on dry and then removed the tags. Now I can't return it. Awful.
