High Waisted Slim Straight Leg Jeans

I'm a big fan of M&S jeans but these are the strangest fit. They are ridiculously high waisted and have a very long crotch, so odd i had to return them.

I LOVE these Jeans!! They are so flattering and sit high up on your natural waist. But I want to clear up confusion with the colours! I have both ‘colours’ trust me - they are very nearly the same. However, the Dark Indigo has a sort of ‘graze’ on the left hand hip AND the split shown on the photograph at your right hand upper knee (fashionably grungy my daughter tells me) the ‘Dark Indigo Mix’ still has the graze on the hip but No Split at the knee!! I like both styles (although I do always seem to get my foot caught in the split when I’m putting them on) and have both ‘colours’ but can tell you that it is a styling difference rather than much of a colour difference. Also I did try on one pair that gaped at the back of the waist (tried another pair on exactly the same size and there was no gaping) - so do persevere if you have this problem. They look really lovely with a crisp white shirt, fashion belt and dress up with a blazer or nice jumper tied round the shoulders. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Great fit and very comfortable. Usually always wear skinny jeans so these are a great change.

I prefer high waisted jeans and the size 12 is a good fit on me at the waist and bottom. The short length was right too. Like many other reviewers I had trouble with the button hole. Wasn't too impressed by the distressed look but as they are a good fit I'm going along with it.

Great fit, lovely shape. Maybe not too much of a fan of the distressed bits but all in all really happy with them

This jeans are lovely but the rip on the leg is in the wrong place. My pair are now unwearable as the rip has torn down the edge and I have a large flap down to my knee

The quality of this item is really good, however i have given it a 3* because the 'high waisted' was uncomfortably high.

Really comfortable and lovely jeans, the high waist is great, so comfortable. Will be buying another pair as it’s not often I find the perfect pair and these work for me.

Nice jeans although this is the 5th pair I've tried and they were all too long even though short. Clearly the sizing has changed.

I returned these, the denim was very thick and stiff, they didn't look like the photos at all

I love the fit and comfort of these jeans but have to agree with many other reviews that the buttonhole is too small. I’m persevering and hoping to solve the problem myself but tbh I think M&S should sort out the problem, do a recall and swap bought jeans for ones with better fastening.

My only problem is that I seem to have a very short rise but reasonably long legs. I bought the petite version and the legs were OK in length but the crotch is still a little low for me.
