Received the pans after a bit of a delay - however when they eventually arrived absolutely delighted with the product-very well made a good weight with heat proof handles can be washed in the dishwasher although they do advise hand washing. All in all an excellent product.

These are a really good set of pans, in my title I have said they could be better, the milk pan and frying pan have a non stick coating, I don't know why they didn't do the other 3, the larger pan of the three is a great pan for soup making, overall would recommend but 5stars would be given if they were all non stick

After a long wait, due to the cyber attack I have finally got my lovely new pans. Beautiful, look impressive, heavier than expected. Delivery was quick once ordered. I thrown away all my old pans, and only want to use those ones. I often put them in the oven to warm the food, which is perfect. When cooking on the hob, a handle remains cold, I never had problem, but be careful with the handle when taking out of oven. I did not find a negative thing about them yet, I love them.
