Purchased this in ivory. I love the neckline, and the wide straps, and the knitted fabric elevates the top from the more usual t-shirt. For me (I don't like my bare arms showing), its been fabulous worn underneath the beautiful M&S collared lace shirt and I've also worn it under an open linen shirt, underneath my denim jacket and cardigans. A lot of cardi's and jackets etc have slim cut sleeves so having a sleeveless top eliminates any risk of bunching. I'm sure I'll be wearing it under sweaters this winter too. It's turned out to be one of the most versatile and useful additions to my wardrobe. Well done M&S.

The knitted material is lovely. The chocolate brown colour is also nice. However it stretches easily and mine is now out of shape. It is very short in length and rides up on me from the waist but gapes at the bust. I’m a busty girl so I think it would look nicer on a less booby body. I think it’s overpriced for what it is - a very small vest. I got in the sale but would not be buying again.

I'm a UK 8 to 10 and I'm 5'5" tall. I normally buy a Small which is what I ordered, but it was very tight and it was so short in length it barely covered the waistband of my trousers. I had to size up to the Medium which is a lovely fit, not tight, and has a bit of extra length so I don't have to worry about a gap at the bottom.
