I liked the pattern and size of the umbrella very much. Fit neatly in my handbag and came with a cover, which was very handy. However, it hasn’t lasted. I bought it in September and have used it 5 or 6 times and one of the arms has snapped already (it’s December). I haven’t even used it in windy conditions, so I am surprised that it broke, and disappointed.

Really nice pattern and quite lightweight. It fits into a cross body bag which is what I wanted. It is quite small when open but perfect for one person. I’ve only used it once in a torrential downpour with no wind so can’t really comment on it’s durability.

Purchased in hurry as I was going away and the weather forecast was for heavy rain. I was very suprised how well it held up in heavy rain and quite strong wind. So I am very pleased and would definately recommend.

Bought to replace a my previous polka dot umbrella as it had been misplaced, especially like it because it matches the reusable shopping bag, always works smoothly and has never turned inside out in winds, not mini but small enough for a 9” long small crossbody bag, I’m a light traveller. Really pleased M&S were still stocking this design.

I bought this when I got caught out in the rain, and it has been a disappointment since. It is not adequate for British weather, be it anything more than a drizzle or a slight breeze. The shallow curvature of it also means that if any wind catches it, it will invert. The small size of it also means that your jeans will get wet. I have choice words to whomever designed this garbage.
