Very pleased with this bag. The cross body strap is a good length and there is plenty of room for my purse, phone and bunch of keys. Also pleased with the zip. It doesn't catch at the far end which happens with a different style of Marks bag.

Lovely soft feel bag. I’m glad I spotted this bag, it’s the perfect size, not too big and not too small. My last bag was a large bag that fell off the shoulders and had to rummage inside to find things. This is just perfect with adjustable straps you could wear on the shoulder or across the body.

I bought this to match a pair of ballet flats I bought from M&S a couple of months ago. The bag is not an exact match nor what I ideally wanted but having said that for the money it is a nice bag. I will keep checking in case something nicer becomes available.
