I ordered 3 regular pairs, 79cm length, in 3 different colours. Light indigo, black & dark indigo. Only the dark indigo pair were the correct length. The other 2 were much shorter and the light indigo were the wrong waist size too!

I have bought Lily regular size 12 jeans for years as they are perfect and now I can’t as they’ve been renamed what they are eg Barrel, Boyfriend! I’m 70 and 5’1’’ and like jeans to sit on my waist, with a tapered leg. I bought Sienna size 12 regular jeans online in desperation but they are two inches longer than my usual regular. How can this be ? Messing about with a brand for no apparent reason other than to ‘refresh it’ really winds me up.

This is the second time I’ve bought these jeans as I really like the style. They’re a good fit, very comfortable to wear and wash and wear well. As I like to wear them with trainers or flat sandals I get the short length although I’m 5ft 5ins tall.

Lovely soft denim high waist straight jeans, ordered size 6 as they are not stocked instore and they fitted perfectly, have ordered more in different colours as they feel so comfortable and are an ideal weight ready for my holiday.

So comfortable, lovely fabric thick enough to not be see through yet not too thick to be rigid. Sizing is perfect. Leg length is perfect and love the fact that they are not brilliant white but just very slightly off white. Highly recommend.

I returned them. I found the straight leg cut far too wide. I’m looking only at ‘slim’ now. What I really wanted was Magic Slim High Waist in white which you don’t do. I’m not ‘in tune’ with your current selection - very few whites, very few slim, very few high waisted options. Baggy, wide, ankle grazer, boot cut, mom …….. not for me.

Jeans fine apart from leg length. Until several years ago regular length fitted me well. You changed trouser lengths and now regular too long, and short not long enough. Why the change? The cost of alteration has now to be added to garment cost. Friends also complain about change.

I have a pair of these jeans in a size 14 short. They fit well are comfortable to wear, and have washed well. I ordered a new pair in size 14 short- but I couldn’t fasten them. Ordered a size 16 short, which are slightly smaller in the waist than my original size 14 but much longer!! Not sure what’s happening with the sizing. However, the jeans are a good fit.
