Sadly this top arrived damaged. It had a tear in the neckline so I didn't even try it on. It arrived in the delivery bag only also (not in its own bag to protect it) literally thrown in! Not what I would expect from M&S! I did e-mail customer services and received an apology and advised this would be investigated. The reply was prompt. I returned the top to store and was given another apology and full refund so certainly no complaints there.

Unfortunately I didn't like this blouse. The material was very thin and a bit odd. The high neck would have irritated me.

I wish M&S would use better fabrics. I've returned so many items that look great in the photos but are hideous when ordered. Thin, cheap looking blouse which could have looked amazing in a better fabric.

Beautiful blouse. It has no stretch so went up to a 18 (38G) bust! fabric is soft and drapey and the neckline is fab! Looks nice tucked in or out. A modern staple that can be worn casually with jeans or dressed up with a leather look skirt I also purchased from M&S

What I love about this blouse is that the neck detail takes this blouse from being 'just another black blouse' to actually being stylish - can smarten it up with a nice jacket/suit, can make it casual wearing with jeans or leggings or makes a great outfit to go out in with nice trousers and some fancy heels! Fits well, good material, good quality, washes well and is versatile - what more can you want from a black blouse!?!

Returning this. Bought my usual size 12. Shirt in the arms - not a problem I usually have- this meant cuffs felt unfortunately snug. Really disappointing material. Should have gone for pussybow shirt - now sold out.

Bought this for my sister's Christmas gift. So glad I didn't buy this from m&s USA, as I normally do. It was very small, should have been a size14, and it was more like a size 12. It wasn't as long as it looked in the photos either and made the band around the neck tight.
