bought for a specific occasion, it was a disasters as the product delivery kept getting delayed, cause lots of stress, had to buy somewhere else, now I have to return everything, so wasting more and more time with this

Very fine shirt on first wear, but then shrank appreciably in first wash - I had to abandon trying to do up the collar in this heat for its second use, in favour of using my old (also M&S) dress shirt, even though that was nominally one half inch smaller in the collar.

Shirt material and design is good - good fit but never seen a shirt so creased in the packaging. Ironing won’t solve it - will have to wash before wearing it. Unbelievable!
