These shoes look great and the platform detail is an added bonus. However the fit is dreadful it’s as though there isn’t enough depth in the shoe to fit your heel so they flop and flap about, even going a size smaller, and ultimately rub. The material feels cheap (I really don’t think M&S have got their “vegan” materials right, it feels like a byword for budget) so all round really disappointed in what could’ve been a great product.

I love the look of these shoes and they seemed comfy during my one and only wear but they simply wouldn’t stay on my feet! The back is quite low and so just kept slipping off - not the normal fit for M and S heels (of which I have many pairs) Very disappointing

Love these shoes, they are comfortable and very stylish. Great work shoes even for teaching. I must hasten to add, I followed the advice of other reviewers and purchased a larger size. This did not work for me. I am comfortable in M&S size 4 1/2 and find that this size fits like a glove, in this style.

Great looking shoe and I’ve bought these for years at M&S, however although these fit length wise the toe area is very narrow and hurts so can’t wear them very often which is a shame.

Sexy, nice fitting, versatile court shoes. I'm very pleased with these. Bizarrely one fits better than the other, but they look great & not dissimilar to some far more expensive ones l have from Russell & Bromley, so all good. A really stylish lovely shape to them.

I very disjointed, I am a toll women, slim build and I was buying that style shoes from M&S for years now, lithely 20 pairs per year minimum, less during the lockdown. I always bought size 8, and as I found out the size is now much smaller and there is no option to buy size 9. It appears like toll women should not dare to think to wear proper women shoes only trainers?

I am glad I read the reviews before purchasing. I am a size 4 all day long with both feet identical in size which is unusual apparently. I ordered these in a 4 and a 4.5 as I read they came up small and narrow. How true this is, the 4 were ridiculously tight and the 4.5 just about ok. I kept the 4.5 but be warned, I suspect have been manufactured too small. That said I love the look of them.

I loved these shoes, unfortunately they don't come in Wide Fit and therefore, even though I'd gone up a size , didn't fit and had to be returned. Please make them in wide fit M&S.

I wear this to work and will never change from them! Seriously comfy, perfect height, fit well, long lasting/durable, hardly mark and easy to buff back to brand new if they do, simple and smart. I buy to pairs once a year (shows how long each pair lasts knowing I wear them a minimum of 5 days a week at 10+ hours a day) and I will continue to only buy and wear these until I’m retired in 40+ years!!
