Good Grips Salt Mill

Purchased both mills to replace old ones that were spilling salt and pepper everywhere. They feel substantial and are a good weight despite being quite small. Perhaps not as stylish as some other brands but easy to use and so far no mess.

So easy to use and so comfortable in the hands complete with salt to grind. An excellent addition to my kitchen

This review is for both the salt and the pepper mills. Was so fed up with the mess left on the table/in the cupboard from usual mills. Saw these when at M&S and they work differently in that you grind from the top. Hard wearing ceramic grinders rather than plastic and the black grip on the bottom is thick and sturdy. They are much better to use for my partner who is less dexterous following a stroke six years ago. There’s also a lever around the neck where you can change the level of grind. These feel solid and they’re great to use …. and no mess!

Haven't used the salt mill yet but is essentially the same as the pepper which is great.

Upgrade on my old one OXO one which I’ve had a long time - very happy.

Brilliant product, well made with adjustable milling. Love the fact that the mill is at the top and therefore does not make a mess on the table when putting it down. Just wish that Marks had the pepper mill as well

I already have the pepper mill and wanted the same clean work surface underneath the salt mill. The finish is of a good quality and the salt grinder works well. The pair look great on the table too.

I have been using good grips salt and pepper mills for years. They have a selection of settings, last for years and are excellent value for money. You do occasionally have to explain to guest how to use them.

I have owned a Good Grips salt grinder for many years - simply the best. Salt comes out of top so no mess on counter. Easy to fill. High quality manufacturing. Lasts years. And its stylish too.

Very good product. Easy to hold and choice of grind size works well. Looks good on the table too. Very pleased with purchase.

I like the look of the salt mill, good weight and comfortable to hold. When not in use the grater part of the mill is facing upwards so there is no spillage - an excellent design feature. I have taken one mark off because when using the grater to produce larger pieces it is often hard to turn the dial back as salt has become wedged in the mechanism but overall I am very happy with my purchase and would readily recommend.
