How I’ve managed without such a great sports bra is beyond me. This is a great fit, fabulous quality and good value for money. Personally I would say size up on cup size. I’m a c cup but needed a d cup for best fit.

I haven't wore it much but the couple of times has been comfortable, getting use to put it on as isnt normal to zip in at the front but isnt difficult, while running is great because it keep them in place. Nice colour too

I always look for front fastening sports bras as they are easier to put in. This one is very simple to adjust on the side straps. It's very comfortable to wear while excercising and is very supportive. My two criticisms are that it is more bulky than the previous version (it doesn't really need padding) and it starts at a 32 where a 30 would be a useful option.
