I bought this bra for sport and exercise, especially yoga and Pilates. It fits like a glove, feels very supportive, and keeps everything comfortably in place while moving. The zip-up design makes it easy to put on and take off, and the quality feels excellent. I am very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

I bought this bra as I really like the original version from M&S but found the open zip ends rubbed on my skin. This version has covered zips, hooks to make the zip easier to do up and great adjustable straps. I wear a 34GG and this fits really well. I still need to wear an underwired sports bra underneath for complete support when running but I think this is pretty normal for larger cup sizes .

Bought this for post op breast augmentation and it is nearly as supportive as my compression garment but more comfortable

Not Ultimate Support

Comfy and easy to put on, front fastening is great for my frozen shoulder. Only downside is that this is medium support, not suitable for high intestity cardio exercise class, but perfect for spin.

Fine but next time I would probably invest more

Comfortable and well made but doesn't feel as supportive or robust as my older. green Good Moves support bra. It's fine but next time I would probably invest more in something more structured.

Super comfy, easy to zip up and great little covers at the top and bottom. The three internal hooks are useful but tricky to hook up!

Love this sports bra. Incredibly comfortable and the front zip makes it easy to get on and off. So comfy that I bought another in pale pink which is gorgeous. Recommended.

Fits well

The bra is comfortable though the zip isn’t that easy and with a hook to fasten in the middle it can be fiddly . But it’s better than one you put over your head : definitely .

Excellent dual purpose bra!
Yes, I recommend this
I bought this bra as a spare to wear following recent breast reduction surgery. However it was far more comfortable than the one provided by the hospital and I subsequently bought all 4 colours. As I have to wear them 24/7, it was good to rotate them daily and they have washed really well. I will be returning to the gym next week and I am confident that the bras will keep me secure and supported as I return to exercise.

Not great for running
No, I don't recommend this
I am a 34F and love running! I did a 10k in this and have cuts all over like a friction burn. Where the zipper was also has bruised my boob. While it is meant to be ultimate support, not the case if you have a large bust and smaller frame. I think it would be fine for low impact exercise but not up to the task of a run.

I'd seen this sports bra but didn’t think the style was for me but tried it on at a bra fitting... and I love it! So comfortable and very supportive (I'm 36DD). I bought another after trying the first one for a couple of weeks.

Not for me

I am returning the bra for a refund. The zip at the front is awkward to close and open. I bought it for general use as there are so many wireless bras being marketed on social media. I had hoped M & S had something to boost the bust and be comfortable to wear. The bra also is visible when wearing shirts.

I bought the same size as previously in M&S sports bra- band width higher than normal. Fits perfectly. I run in it and have used it in the gym. Keeps e writhing where it should be. Not easy in an E cup. Recommend

Needed something soft, supportive and front-fastening for a lumpectomy op; bought two, been wearing them 24/7, they’ve been great for me, (I’m 36D) - very comfortable & supportive, although I obviously haven’t tried them for sports yet.
