Newcastle Mug

Bought this as a gift to someone who no longer lives in the north east. Love it! As a Geordie would say it’s geet lush.

This collection is absolutely lovely and the mugs are good quality! Bright colours and beautiful design.

I sent for this then immediately got buyer’s regret, largely due to the fact that I already have more mugs than M&S do. But when I saw it, it’s a keeper. The colours are delicate rather than washed out, and the landmarks aren’t the usual cliches. OK, so the Angel of the North is Gateshead, not Newcastle, but you’re forgiven. It’s a standard size mug and has found a happy home in my bulging mug cupboard. Sigh.
