The handwash itself has a nice smell, quite mild. It lathers well and I would buy it more often if it was easier to open. However, half of the bottles I have bought, including my recent purchase, have been impossible to open. If I have a dispenser from a previous one that I've used I swap it over onto the new one, but if I don't, I'm stuck with a dispenser I can't open. Right now it's back in a bathroom drawer waiting for a visitor or neighbour to master the art of opening it. This definitely puts me off buying this product more frequently. They need to sort this issue out.

This Neals Yard hand wash is lovely, I really like the brand. The bottle is glass and when I collected it from store it had been wrapped in a loose plastic bag, it was smashed to bits and there was a hole in the bag with the pump sticking through. Really bad standard.

This is more expensive than you would normally pay but it is lovely to put out if you have guests or to buy as a present. I have done this in the past but this one is mine ! The smell is beautiful and it feels like an expensive product.

I do like Neals Yard products however I wish they still used plastic as I have had some disasters in the bathroom with glass breaking if dropped or once broke the sink

This handwash is a real treat to use. It does not leave my hands feeling too dry and leaves a light fragrance. Only downside is the glass bottle which I imagine could cause damage were it to fall into the sink.
