Bathroom cupboard

Ordered this cupboard on the Friday afternoon and was delivered Saturday morning. Package was really sturdy and cupboard was well protected. Let me start by saying I am not a DIY person so some of the reviews on putting it together did give me some concern. Opened package lay out the parts and checked the fittings, all ok. Then my partner and I started to build the cupboard. From start to finish it took me no more than 20 minutes which with my two left hands,I'm right handed, was not bad at all. Would say easy to assemble and it's a really good and sturdy cupboard. Looks great.

My son in law was going to put cupboard together but on opening package discovered two broken plastic fittings. The parcel was sent back immediately so very disappointed. Should have taken heed of reviews only 53% were for it.

Delivered on time, easy to put together. Shelves are adjustable and I have been able to tidy away all bathroom clutter. Very happy especially as it was 20% off.

Disappointing second purchase

First cupboard fine so ordered a second one. Screw holes to attach one side to the back too large so no purchase. Holes to attach door to the cupboard too small for the fittings. Item not fit for purpose, poor quality control, so item returned. Ok if you get a good one. Packaging was damaged and there was a boot print visible on the cardboard.

Nagoya Floor Cabinet - disappointing

So disappointed , flat pack cabinet instructions said it would take 7 mins to put together , gave up after an hour with 2 of us of battling to put it together. Looks simple to assemble but parts just wont align. Helpline suggested taking to local M&S and asking them to help but its really heavy so ill need someone to help . Not what i'd expect from M&S .

I am very used to putting together self assembly furniture but this little cupboard defeated me. The sides are supposed to slot together with plastic lugs but the lugs are set in too deep and won't fit together. Whilst I was struggling with a side panel one of the legs started to come off. Perhaps I have been unlucky. It will have to go back to the shop.

Eventually very happy with the cupboard. A good way of hiding my various bathroom essentials. Quite strong. The big downside is very difficult to put together. Th e instructions said one person could put it together in ten minutes. Anyone who can do that must be an extroidinary DIY person. My husband and I struggled to put it together for at least 45 minutes but the side kept slipping out of position. In the end we thought we would damage it so we gave up. We sent for our friend who is a joiner and he did it in ten minutes. Warning, unless you are a DIY wizard send for a joiner! It is a very nice cupboard though.

Unfortunately this cabinet is a cheaper finish than the same range in bamboo, I now own both. For me it does the job as it’s set in a corner of an ensuite so not in public display but the finish is disappointing

After sending for three cabinets I eventually got one that was just about worth keeping. The first two came badly damaged and the third had marks on one side, but as it was what I wanted I decided to keep it. Not what you would expect from M&S. It was self assembly not good for the price, you would expect it to be ready made. I got it with my 20% of voucher. It's a great little cabinet and looks good in my bathroom, plenty of room for towels and other things. So glad I kept it but not a great experience with all the faults.

The unit is solid and looks lovely, came as a flat pack and was not easy to assemble as adjustments had to be made - took a lot longer than 10 minutes to assemble, it would be better if it came made up as the complete unit

The door holes on my first cupboard were out of line so I returned it. The plastic sliders were misaligned on my second cupboard so frustratingly I couldn't get build any of it - I'm an engineer, so don't mind a bit of tinkering to get it all to fit, but this is too far gone. It's only 5 bits of wood to put together - how hard can it be get right?! I like this little cupboard though, so have ordered a third in the hope that I get lucky.

This item was very easy to put together. There was slight damage to the frame at the back, but I decided to keep. It fits the area I bought it for very well and is in use. It is really useful having two moveable shelves. Ideal for the purpose I needed it for.

I ordered two of these for two bathrooms. They look nice and do the job well. However the quality is not great. Both arrived with slight damage to the paintwork and small damage to the internal shelving. They also both had a broken magnetic door catch. None of the faults are so bad that I’d send them back as they aren’t particularly visible and I was able to glue the broken door catch. Just not quite up to the standard I would expect from M&S.
