I've tried these before and they weren't quite right but the pair I've just got are advertised as 'improved fit' and for me they are. Nice shape and fit around the middle and loose but not too baggy on the legs. I ordered a regular length and it's a perfect. I'm normally a short but I prefer where it comes to rather than the 'half mast' length ankle grazers seem to be on me.

What has happened to M&S jeans sizing?! I’ve been a size 16 for years and now I’m squeezing into an 18. Please go back to the old sizing M&S, it’s frustrating as a regular customer to be messed around.

Really great jeans - gives a great summer vibe - only gripe is sizing is really inconsistent- bought 2 pairs - Ecru and faded indigo, ecru is a good size larger and longer

I ordered one pair of these in size 14. They fitted perfectly and I liked them so much I ordered another 2 pairs in a different colour. This was all in one week. The two pairs came and I couldn’t even zip them up they were completely different fit from first lovely ones I’d bought. So disappointed

Really disappointed - I have the blue denim version, which I bought just after Christmas, and which I love. These new ones in ecru have a ticket proclaiming "New Improved Fit' - and they're much too tight. NOT improved - please return to previous fit!

Very nice and very soft denim- albeit feels a bit thin. Very comfy. Haven’t worn yet and bought a 10R (I’m 5ft8) instead of the M&S carrot size 8L ones. I can never seem to get any carrot ones - always sold out. Whilst the MOM ones are lovely, I prefer the carrot ones which are slightly wider at the bottom and feel less ‘mumsie’….

I liked the idea of a more relaxed fit but these are quite wide on the thighs. I think they will suit some people but sadly didn’t look right on me. At 5ft 6 the long length was just right as a regular length.
