I love these mugs. They are a lovely shape and perfect for a large cup of tea! When I bought the first 6, 2 chipped quickly and I assumed it was me being a klutz but the new ones I bought have done the same. A shame as they are perfect in every other way.

I have a collection of plain white mugs for everyday use and this one is my favourite by far. It is nice to handle, quite sturdy and nice to drink from.

Although this mug looks nice it is difficult to hold when full of liquid. I think the handle has been put on upside down, you don't notice this until you compare it with other mugs. Very disappointing especially if held by perhaps an elderly person Comments please M&S
