The Maxim Plates seem like good quality plates with nice and simple design, I am satisfied with the purchase.

Good quality everyday dinner plate, I had already brought some and find them just the correct size.

Disappointed in quality.

No, I don't recommend this
Have bought these maxim plates over many years, often to replace the odd broken or chipped plate. Although the size of the rim has fluctuated over the years, this time the quality just didn’t seem the same. The plates felt of inferior quality to the fine porcelain feel of the previous plates. It’s a shame, and I will probably look for alternative plates in future.

Smaller than my existing plates, exact same plate just 3mm smaller. Purchased to top up set after a breakage.

Very nice quality dinner plate. Plates bought as a top-up to an existing Maxim dinner service that we are very happy with.

This is my crockery set, bought several years ago - but recently broke one of the plates, so this is a replacement. Still love the simple look - they are sturdy and durable and dishwasher safe

Not enough Maxim crockery on display in store.

Had to order this plate in Maxim range to see if I liked it - as there were none in store. Why not ?

Different

Bought eight of everything in the Maxim range about six years ago but recently broke a large dinner plate. The new one is not as good quality as the original ones, much thicker and doesn’t stack in the same way the others do, however it has made up the set and looks ok with food on it.

I bought three to recomplete the set due to breakages but those that arrived aren’t exactly the same depth so no longer stack where they did .

Love them

I love the design of these plates. Although we use them as our “everyday” crockery, they are elegant and of such good quality that they are used for dinner parties as well.
