Loose Tapered Fit Lightweight Trousers

These beautifully lightweight pure cotton summer trousers have a proper zip fly and button, which in combination with an elasticated & neat internal drawstring waist is very difficult to find, but so versatile for a gentleman. No scratchy/ itchy linen fibres! They can be pulled on without undoing the waist & fly, but I find it a little easier to do so. Made with lovely smooth pure cotton material, which despite having an elasticated waist (which is really good and tight in the small size for my 30 inch waist), the trousers themselves are a loose airy cool fit & nicely made with a superb cut which hang beautifully, so they look smart too. They have decent sized conventional side pockets and the standard leg length is spot-on for my 31 inch inside leg, breaking nicely on the tops of my footwear. I think they are a very reasonable price & good value for money. I'm really pleased with them as they are exactly what I've been looking for, literally for years. I bought the navy. I have not yet washed them, so can't comment on that. It's a great shame M&S don't do smart mid green-khaki and mid grey colours too. If they did, I would buy two more pairs without hesitation!
