Fabric is a good weight. Washes well. Smart enough for work. Waistband is a little scratchy and fit is a little bulky on the hips. Overall, I’m pleased with them.

Had been looking for a pair of wide leg linen trousers for a while - especially those that didn't need shortening. I bought these in a size 8 short. They arrived very creased, so I had to give them a good press before trying on. The quality of the fabric is very good and the length perfect. One issue though is that the elastic in the waist was insufficient, making the trousers very tight around the waist, even when stretched to the max. They are quite difficult to pull on over my hips (which are narrow!) I do love these trousers and am thinking about taking them to a tailor to see if anything can be done about extending the elastication. M&S - please take note, more stretch in the waist would be more representative of a size 8.

I love the shape of the trousers and the fact that I didn’t have to shorten - I bought 10 extra short and am 5’0”. Bought in white and also in navy. The elastic on the white ones is very tight and needs an extra 1.5cms or a more adjustable tie, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. The navy seemed better. I would have preferred in 109% linen but good for the price.

These trousers have been great in the warm weather. They are comfortable and do not crease to the extent that you look as you have not ironed them. They fit true to size and were a good price.

I love these linen wide leg trousers. I can dress them up or down. I'm 5.8" and went for the long length. So glad I did, I think the regular would have been on the shorter side. Love the colour options. I bought a few pairs.

I have had several pairs of wide leg linen trousers from M & S in previous years, but I am not as keen on these. I am size 12 and 5’ 10 and my other M&S linen trousers in Long’ have been fine. However these are very wide on the leg at the top and I can gather a handful of fabric around the stomach - and they are really too short.
