I purchased a or & had to return them a few wks after with a faulty heel. M&S exchanged for another or & a few wks after exactly the same thing happened. I was really disappointed as there were a great style, a good fit & lovely leather however the heels hadn’t bn glued properly….

Very comfortable and fit well, but the thin line of plastic that goes around the edge of both the foot and the heel of the boot started to come off within days. I've had the boots for three months now, and all that edge bit is gone - I had to pull it off as it came loose as I kept tripping over it. Not ideal.

Love these boots - bought on impulse as the zip had gone on my old ones. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable, not too stiff. Elastic gusset makes it easy to get them in/off and laces can be adjusted if wearing thicker socks. Nice quality leather and they have stood up well to the wet weather.

These boots were lovely quality and at a reasonable price. Unfortunately I had to return them as the thickness of the sole was too deep for me and I kept catching the front of the boot as I walked around inside. I was worried that I would do that outside and end up falling over.

Nice leather and good quality boots. I have wide feet and they fit me nicely. Very roomy and fine with thick socks. However, they creak loudly when I walk in them. Then noise is from inside the boot, not the soles. Very annoying and I don’t tend to wear them because of this

Bought to replace the leather/suede ones I purchased 2 years ago which have been perfect. These are stiffer around the ankle area and I am unable to wear them as I had ankle surgery some years ago , leaving me with screws from my ankle bone upwards. Please bring back the previous suede/leather style.

I love these boots. They were just what I was looking for, super comfortable and versatile. Sadly, the wrapping on the heel of the first pair came away in a strip, with the second heel also showing signs of wear - after just one week. M&S immediately replaced them and although I wasn’t confident I gave the boots another chance. It’s been a few months and one heel is coming apart, with exactly the same issue. Clearly a design fault. I’m trying to glue the heel wrapping on myself to save a trip to the menders.
