I bought the black/white version (size 31/2)in the sale however they were further reduced and I exchanged but told I couldn’t take them back. Fair enough I expected them to fit but these are wrongly sized and my granddaughter who is a 3 can’t get them on her feet. M&S wouldn’t take them back. Waste of money.

I saw these in store, in the sales. They are a very lovely looking loafer. They look high end. There's a snobby comment about where these were made, ignore that, as these are excellent quality leather and 'craftmanship'. The silver chain and patent shiny leather are what makes them so chic. They are comfortable to wear. I sized down. Thanks M&S.

Not sure what is going on with M & Sizes lately. These shoes I have had to buy insoles, and still tad big. I used to always get my size with M&S for years, now unfortunately, the sizes are either too big or too small, never a decent size inbetween.

Nice looking shoe, fit was ok but choice of a wide fit would have been better for me. Found the leather too hard not very giving so decided to return them. Over the many years I have bought M &S footwear but the quality of leather in most of M&S shoes/boots has deteriorated and looking at where they are made it’s no wonder! Sorry but I am having to look elsewhere.
