Useless strap and not functional

Lovely looking shoe but strap around heel continuously fell down, turning them into a very painful, expensive and noisy pair of mules effectively, that were then tricky to walk in. Foot is thrown forward against front piece which rubbed painfully. I tried sticking plasters and sticking tape to make the strap stay on but that failed miserably. Beautiful looking shoes but just not functional so a waste of money

For the price, the shoes did not live up to expectations. The fit was okay but the style was clunky. Sadly, had to return.
