A good, relibale, versatile give that is much appreciated!

There's not much to say about an electronic gift card but it was delivered on the designated day for my daughter's birthday. Coincidentally, another friend had also sent her one from M & S so now she can have a nice shopping spree.

This was perfect as a birthday gift as I had no idea what to buy. I will certainly use this service again for presents going forward.

Poor timing of gift being received by my sister for a big birthday

Assumed an e-gift card would arrive reasonably quicky given it’s electronic. Sent it on Thursday, my friend’s birthday. Saw her on Saturday, she’d not seen an email with a gift card. She checked again and so I contacted M&S via Twitter. After several DMs with customer services the e-gift card was eventually sent to me and I forwarded it to my friend.

What can I say,it’s an E gift and it arrived very quickly

Nice to give as a gift for people who love to shop at M and S. Instructions for purchase were easy to follow and delivered as expected.

This was sent as a birthday gift which is such a convenient way of celebrating with friends when you live many miles away. It was greeted with such joy so it is so worthwhile.

Actually purchasing the product online was easy and it was delivered when I asked it to be as it was for a birthday. Unfortunately the person I got it for had a lot of difficulty using the voucher in the store. So much so that I will not be purchasing another one. It became a very stressful exercise for them as the till wouldn’t accept it. Not a good birthday gift.
