Yes, I recommend this
I first purchased the "Light" elsewhere; found it to be very effective. Curious about the "Rich" hence this purchase especially at saving price. Both work well. Rich as expected has a thicker texture. I've been using the Aveda Invati system exclusively, regularly; happily for over a month. I like the slightly medicinal scent. The scalp serum is used daily, remaining products every hair washing - appx once a week.
