Stylish Design.

Very attractive, minimalist design. A good size and a reasonable price. BUT, I bought 6 mugs (online) and two were shorter than the other 4, which was obvious once they were unwrapped. Disappointing from that perspective otherwise would have given 5 stars. Nice to drink from.

Not as good as it used to be
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
I have all the set of this range and would normally give it 5 stars but having replaced some plates and mugs recently have noticed that the plates are slightly smaller, the mugs slightly smaller and the cereal bowls are significantly smaller and lighter. With the mugs and plates it is not too notcable but the bowls are significantly different, which spols the set. Please M and S dont skimp on quality, i would rather pay more and know the quality is the same.

This fine bone China mug is a real find. Larger than average, but delicate and with a thin edge that makes my morning coffee even more welcome. Straight sides so the drink stays warmer longer, and white inside with delicate blue stripes on the outside. Just what I’ve been looking for. And such a good price.

Nice size but mugs aren’t as finer China as my other mugs from M&S but still very pleased with them ,and they match the dinner service we bought

The Fading Beauty of Cherished Mugs

Love the look so bought 6 of these mugs in Oct 2021. but 18 months ago notice patten started to wear away on one side and the rest have now followed suit. There's something special about finding a set of mugs that just click with your aesthetic. The perfect pattern, the ideal weight in your hand, the way it holds your favorite beverages just right – it's a small domestic joy that many of us can relate to. So, when those patterns start to fade and the tea stains refuse to budge, it's not just a minor inconvenience; it feels like losing a little piece of home. This is a story echoed by many mug owners over time. You find a set that you adore, and for a while, they seem invincible, surviving the daily clatter of spoons and the perilous journey through the dishwasher. But as the months pass, the once-vibrant patterns begin to wear, and the pristine interior succumbs to the stubborn taint of tea and coffee. It's a natural process, albeit a frustrating one. The wear and tear on a mug are not just physical; they carry the weight of the many mornings they've seen us through and the late nights they've kept us company. When they start to show their age, it's a reminder of all the moments they've been a part of. But perhaps there's beauty in this impermanence. Each faded design tells a story, a testament to their service in our daily lives. And while it's sad to see them go, it's also an opportunity to find new mugs that will witness more chapters of our lives. So, if you're looking at your once-beloved mugs, wondering where the time went, take a moment to appreciate the journey they've been on with you. And when you're ready, embark on the quest for the next perfect set – because the joy of finding them is a pleasure that never fades.

Love this fine bone china mug! Please give us more! FINE bone china is virtually non existent these days yet drinks stay hotter for longer in them and they are nice and slim to sip from☕️

These look great and they actually fit the saucer that comes with the "cup and saucer". Very pleased as I do prefer a mug and saucer.

I love everything about these mugs except..... the staining!! Even washing in the dishwasher doesn't always remove it, not the quality I expect from M&S :(

These are to supplement existing extremely similar, but different colour, mugs bought some time ago from a well-known store, but discontinued by them! Good quality and not at all thick.

Different to original design

Ordered 6 mugs to go with existing mugs. Those received were shorter and wider. Must be from different supplier. Disappointed. Should have been advised they were not the same as first design.
