Girls' Pleat Front School Culottes

I bought this for my daughter the quality is really good.

These culottes have been my daughter's favourites since last year I first bought them. Sizing was an issue last year as they were HUGE and I had to downsize TWICE when I ordered them online. I did the same this year but had to return again since they seem to have tackled the problem (after last year's numerous reviews about the wrong sizing). So you now can order the size you normally would. Sizing issues apart, these are great quality, very comfy and perfect for school. Highly recommend!

Had high hopes for these as an alternative to a skirt. They were made well and fit well, however they are not actually culottes. Not baggy enough round the legs and just looked like boys shorts. My little girl hated them. Will be returning.

Although these are good quality, M&S have changed the style of their culottes this year. They are huge on my daughter, no adjustable waist which previous versions had and more like pleated boys shorts.

What happened? M&S school culottes have been great the last couple of years, but this new style simply doesn’t work without an adjustable waist. My tall 8 year old pulled them up and they fell straight down! One size does not fit all, and in this case, I can’t imagine it fitting many! I like the addition of pockets but sadly these were sent straight back.
