Straight Leg High Waisted Trousers

I bought these trousers on line expecting the quality I've had in the past, material was lovely but the sizing was at least 2 sizes too small, possibly wrongly labelled as I've have other trousers that have been an excellent fit.very disappointed

I really like these in the photo and sent for a size up after reading reviews. Waist was still very uncomfortable and legs were too wide for the entire length.

Bought this in the sale. Was apprehensive as I usually buy easy pull on trousers. Beautiful fit and quality.

I wish I had ordered in 10 and 12 as the waist was very small on the 10 but fitted otherwise.

Material is poor, fit OK. Overall not impressed. Not what I expected.

The other crops I ordered with these were a proper fourteen these were more like a twelve! Didn’t fit. Rather old fashioned. This is an ongoing problem with sizing in Marks products. Some are correct others are way out and you can never tell when this is going to be the case. Very irritating. Have bought underwear that - all size 14 - have been two inches bigger than a normal size 14! Need standardising throughout suppliers!!!

I bought few weeks ago very satisfied not worn them yet.

I had to return as the ‘regular’ length was too short. If you are over 5’6” you will need long length.

Sorry to have to return them, as a high waist is jot for me, now I know!

What has happened to your ‘short’ length trousers? Bought these for my mum - lovely trousers but far too long!!! Had to cut off 3inches to fit her. I always bought M/S trousers short length for myself because they were correct length but I have to turn them up too. Not happy about this as not the best at sewing!
