This is a replacement for an old one. The groove is a good depth to collect meat juices from resting joints. Easy to clean and fits in kitchen drawer.

Good all round chopping & prep board. Naturally it marks where you cut but the surface is hard wearing and self coloured so the cuts are not so obvious.

Bought this as a replacement for my old Joseph and Joseph chopping board. Its lighter and more stylish than its predecessor and comfortable to use. It would have been 5 stars, but it does scratch easily which isn't ideal, given its price. Still, I really like it, and I think the new model doesn't scratch as much as the old one. If you can put up with the scratches, I'd recommend it.

This is a well designed carving board. Juices collect at one edge. Easy to clean. Only downside is the surface scratches easily.

My old wooden carving board split and no longer considered hygienic to use. I loved this board but couldn’t find a suitable replacement in either wood or metal. Saw this on the web site and read the reviews so purchased the smaller one. Really pleased with the board. It doesn’t slip when carving. Love the lip around the side which catches all the liquid from the meat. Even better it goes in the dishwasher. Being plastic it will mark with use but would definitely buy another one especially at this price.

I loved the idea of this but it has only been used a couple of times and where you slice meat etc it has scratched the surface. Its not tough enough for the job. If the surface were tougher then this would be great.

This is ok but with the spikes being plastic rather than steel, a sharp knife will cut into them and they do wear down and lose their grip on the food. It’s bulky but the fact it catches all the fat, juices etc effectively makes up for that. If the spikes could be made in metal it would be really good. I find myself going back to my old metal carving tray now as the food is held more securely. It’s also expensive for what it is…..like all JJ products.

Having used a stainless steel carving board for many decades I finally got fed up with it moving whilst carving. This board is excellent, doesn’t move and collects the juices away from the meat. A great design!
