These are very easy to wear. They fit perfectly (14) and are the right length for me(5ft 3ins). They wash well and just need a little pass over with the iron. Good trousers

Inconsistent sizing

I have bought these for many years but the sizing is inconsistent from year to year. The waistband has become narrower and though the website said with draw string for a comfortable fit they had no drawstring.

Disappointed because I tried some black and blue ones in store and ordered a size bigger online. The ones with ties online are last years carry over design and this years do not have the tie. The 2026 fit without ties is much smaller and has a wider leg. The SKU number is the same for both with and without ties

I have given this 4 stars and not 5 as the length of the trousers were quite long considering the size I purchased were short /petite. I’m 5.1 and they dragged on the floor. I’ve now had to pay to get them altered so this makes them now more expensive! This seems to be a thing with M and S at the moment - the sizes are all to pot 🤨

Love the shape and the pink colour however sizing is very off. I usually wear 10 or 12 but due to the elastic waist being so tight I ended up getting a 14. Glad I tried on in store before ordering. The short length is perfect for me at 5ft3.

Really nice Crepe wide leg trousers, the fit is true to size, I ordered a size 8 short and I’m 5ft 3 inches and they are perfect, the material hangs well and they will be very versatile to dress up or down, would definitely recommend them.
