Cotton Rich Waxed Quilted Parka Coat

It's a great jacket. I love the fit, the color, the length and the all the details. The only reason why I gave it four stars is that the fabric easily creases on the shoulders under heavy bags.

I like the idea of this jacket but this is not a waxed coat imho. Wore it for first time in light rain and the water did not bead on the surface like you’d expect if it was waxed but just soaked in. Having said that I kept dry but the description is disingenuous if you’re expecting a waxed coat similar to a certain brand beginning in B. Only time will tell if it’ll stand up to heavier rain.

A nice warm jacket , showerproof , perhaps I miss a hood ! Nice pockets . Quality fabric.

This is a lovely thick and warm jacket, and I like the colour, the style, the pockets and their locations as well as the length, but I do feel a little swamped in it. There is something about it that isn’t quite flattering. I am 5ft 2 and usually a size 12 but I bought this in a size 8. I am glad I downsized but I’m not quite used to it yet. Others, however, have commented on how lovely it is so maybe it will grow on me.

This is the perfect replacement for my poor old ‘branded’ wax jacket and at such a good price. The quilted lining is a good addition plus roomy pockets for phones, dog bags, treats, keys etc. yes, it does come up large so instead of my usual 16, I ordered the 14 which is still roomy enough for a thick jumper. My only slight niggle is that the sleeves are very long and I don’t normally have this problem. I’m still keeping it though!

Having read the many reviews I wasn’t sure if this jacket was for me but decided to try it when my size came back into stock. I ordered my usual size and a size down to Store to try on. I did need to size down as have many others. It is such a great jacket! I’m tall with long arms so was worried that the sleeves would be long enough especially downsizing but they were a perfect length. Lovely warm jacket. Stylish and practical. Love the colour. It is very good quality and I’m hopeful of many years of walks in the woods to come! I personally thoroughly recommend this jacket.

This Jacket is excellent needed to go down a size but it is warm comfortable and smart colour goes with everything in my wardrobe so impressed its a winner.

A generous fit and very warm. Good for winter wear.

LOVE! So pleased with my purchase. The coat is very stylish, generous fit and surprisingly very smart too. I just know I’m going to wear it to death. Far too good to wear on muddy dog walks!

Love the coat I have been looking for something like this for a while and it’s beautiful has some padding too so has kept me warm while it’s been cold, it’s the perfect jacket to take you through to spring/summer

Love this jacket. Only issue I have is that I’m tall 5 9”and sleeves are a little short. It would be nice if M&S made it in a ‘tall size’
