Very large in the waist. Can be tied with the draw string but thats a bit inconvenient for an eight year old to do himself! Would prefer a smaller elasticated waist where the string isnt needed.

These are a thicker cotton, very practical, good value and colour choices. The fit is quite loose and as reviews mention the waist ties disappear into the waist band so only 4 stars. I tied a knot in each side and sewed up the sides so it wouldn't pull through. Working well.
