Brought this last week instore, washed and dried immediately to remove dressing. When giving item quick iron, I noticed white patches on the duvet where fabric printing had gone wrong. As the fabric is a geometric print these repeated patches detract from the appearance. Unfortunately, I live some way away from a store which sells bedding. This means that to return the item locally will entail 2 visits, one to return and one to pick up replacement. Customer Services could offer no other solution which makes returning defective item costly and time consuming.
