Such a shame the quality is so poor

These trousers are a great length and fit. Unfortunately after wearing them three times the material around the crotch has split in two different places. This seems to have happened to a lot of people who have bought these. Such a shame as I really liked them but now they are unwearable.

Good fit

These at the best I have found so far as they are slim fit and the right length. Usually order size 10 in trousers from M&S but these are a good fit. Love cargo pants and wanted an open leg style rather than gathered hem. These are s good shape and will be a favourite. wanted navy too but OOS.

Stylish Joggers

I really like these joggers and usually take a short in M&S trousers. However these were really, really short! Might have looked OK in summer trousers with sandals but not in winter! Disappointing as no longer available in a longer length.

My new favourite alternative to jeans!

I was out off by some reviews but tried them anyway and they were almost sold out but I love them! They do come up small so if they’d had a size up I would have got it but these cargo pants are so comfortable. The groin seam feels a bit weird when you first wear them but you soon get used to them and they look very flattering. I’ve ordered them now in the khaki too. I ordered Long as I’m 5ft 11 and they were just above ankle like a legging length. But look fab with docs and trainers and or sweatshirts and chunky jumpers. I actually wore them today for working from home with a nice silk shirt on zoom and they looked lovely.

Tight legs - not "joggers"!

At 5 ft and with not particularly skinny legs, I chose these over the version labelled "slim leg" as the trend for skinny jeans is not for me. However these are still skin tight and cling rather than hang. Definitely more tight cotton cargo leggings than "joggers". Unable to size up as the crotch was somehow already halfway down to my knees even in the short length. Overall an odd fit. M&S please make some trousers for those of us with "sporty thighs"!

I bought these trousers which were intially great, comfortable and stylish! However, after only wearing once the fabric at the crotch has split. This seems to be a common problem according the reviews. Yet have been told that they cannot be returned like with all other online purchases in the past as they have been worn. Even though this is clearly a quality issue as so many others have had the same problem. Stay away and do not buy these !

I bought these trousers online Initially I was absolutely delighted with them. Great fit, warm, really stylish looking. So good to have found a great pair of trousers, comfortable enough for lounging in but also looked good enough to wear in the classroom. Sadly after wearing them ,only a few times, they fabric came apart at the crotch seams. Several other reviews had mentioned this however I had hoped the same thing wouldn't happen to me! I have now returned them however I would still buy another pair if I felt assured that the overly narrow seam allowance had been rectified.

I bought these trousers on line at the end of October and instantly loved them as they are very comfortable. After wearing just a few times several holes have developed in the crotch area where the fabric is pulling away. Sadly I will have to return them as there is an obvious weakness in the design. When I ordered these trousers all the reviews were positive but I now see there are several reviews mentioning the same problem.

Brought these for work, and they are fantastic. Comfy and with great pocket space. I even brought another pair recently. Would definitely recommend

look like 'proper trousers', but feel comfy

The first pair I bought split at the crotch which was embarrassing and caused hassle. But these trousers are worth the hassle. They are super comfortable like wearing a pair of leggings but with the style of a hard waistbanded and seamed cargo trouser. They stand up well to being knelt in and even worked out in. Highly recommend. I am normally a 10 and these fit as expected - I have 'sturdy legs' so the straight leg choice fit snugly on me with a good waist size.

Good warm and comfortable casual trouser.

Bought these these to wear as casual trousers. Very comfortable to wear and good quality material. Also very cosy for the colder weather. I ordered the regular length which is my normal length but had to return as too short and order the longer length which were fine. I wish would also do in navy and would actually prefer the trousers without the pocket as would be smarter looking.

I have purchased 2 pairs, you need to buy a bigger size to avoid the fabric between the legs ripping from the main fabric. I noticed a hole in the first pair before trying them on, thinking it was a manufacturing flaw but wore once and it was noticeable it was pulling away. Pity as they look great!

Such a shame they ripped..

These trousers are a great fit, comfortable and versatile. However, I only gave 2 stars as on second wear they have ripped under the crotch. On reading other reviews it seems this is a common problem. So sadly I will be returning.

Unfortunately I had to return these as I ordered a size 12 and needed a size 14 - so not really a fair review

Very thin fabric. Not cut to my shape. Arrived very screwed up. Assume it will do the same when worn.
