I was pushed to get out to the shops for a gift, so I bought this for my wife. An excellent decision. When ordering, I autofilled a wrong email address, but once the helpdesk opened, this was rectified in no time at all, excellent service.

It would have been good if you had actually sent this ecard gift to the recipient. But it wasn’t and I had to chase up via your complaints department AFTER Christmas. They did deal with it well, but not the same as a family member receiving a gift for Christmas is it? VERY DISAPPOINTING M&S.
