These are lovely curtains. They hang well and are well made. They looked a little dull in the packaging but were much nicer when hung. They do not have a chemical odour as do some polyester curtains.

NOT the sizes stated on ordering nor on the pack

I ordered these blackout curtains which were supposed to be 168cm wide and 137cm deep, however, after hanging them I realised that they did not come as far down, past the windowsill as planned (when I had measured my window carefully before buying). The actual measurements were 165cm wide and 135cm deep. This means that more light is showing below the curtains than I had hoped/planned. I complained via X (Twitter) but got a lame response suggesting I take them back… too late now I’ve gathered the tape and hung the curtains in our holiday home in Cornwall, and we are now home in Sheffield! I would not expect such inaccuracy nor poor quality control from Marks and Spencer. Also the curtains were incredibly creased and despite much ironing as recommended, they are still horribly creased. Very disappointed with quality and inaccuracy.

Very reasonable priced blackout curtains. They are soft so drape and hang well and look nice I cannot see any light through them.

Great curtains. As ordered good quality, did need ironing lightly to get out packaging creases. Colour duller than it looked but still ok for bedroom.

Look lovely, not too heavy, and instantly noticed a difference in heat retention in the room we hung them in!

Our Victorian house has original sash windows and glass. The upper back bedroom's bay is exposed to wind . The thermal curtains have made a big difference keeping the room warm overnight. They are lined and very good quality.

The curtains were really good quality and looked nice when hung up. I would have given them 5 stars, but the colour was a darker grey than the one shown on the website so a bit disappointed with that.

Great curtains, very dark and warm. Colour is great. Was slightly put off by other moany reviews compaining the curtains were wrinkled when they arrived but the wrinkles have now dropped out. Good price, excellent product. Will look first at M&S when I need curtains again.
