About this style
School trousers designed for all-day comfort with a modern edge. Slim leg fit with added stretch keeps you looking smart from first bell to home time, while the adjustable waist, crease-resistant fabric and Stain and Weatherproof finish mean less maintenance for busy mornings. This longer length option caters for taller children with an additional 4cms on the leg length.
Sizes from two to six years have an elasticated waistband. Sizes from six to 10 years have an elastic back with a hook, bar and zip, while sizes from 10 years have a hook, bar and zip. The clever grow-proof hems can be unpicked and pressed for an extra 3cm of length when needed, helping trousers last longer as your child grows.

The best trousers I've come across especially when I have tall boys. They have extra length and then I can drop the hem down again. Will be a bit long in September but I know my son is due a growth spurt and I'm hoping I can get 2 years out of them..M&S trousers wash well and always look smart and are comfortable

We needed string bean size trousers. Great you get the length but the waist is still correct and has elastic to adjust. The only flaw I’ve noticed with these trousers (I’ve got two boys) is the metal front clasp is prone to breaking. Think this is also down to boys being lazy and just pulling the trousers apart, rather than pushing them in to unclip but maybe it could be looked at?

Always buy my son’s school trousers from M&S because of the excellent quality. My son is very tall for his age so bought these longer trousers. The material is quite different in quality to the previous ones I’ve bought - these are thinner. They was up lovely but it is a lot harder to iron creases out. It’s disappointing that I can’t buy the ones I love in a longer length.
