This is not my first one. The last one i had for about 5 years.They cook nicely but are the easiest clean. As they wear they become a bit more difficult to clean then pick up black marks. I am always griddling chicken and steaks so i am a happy customer with a new one.

Upside- a perfect size for 2 fillets. Which is what I personally bought the pan for .Works well on my induction hob. Downside - just a niggle of my own that might not bother someone else, the ridges don't go all the way across the pan which has a flat area in the middle and I can't see any feasible reason for this. The caramelisation did not wash off in the dishwasher. I had to remove it by hand after the dishwasher cycle. So, a bit of an expensive wash! Other than that the pan is ok for the price point.

I like it a lot but wish the handle was a bit sturdier for the weight and balance of the pan as I have arthritic hands . But good quality
