It took me over a month to send egift card to friends in UK from Australia. Order would process then an hour later email advising order cancelled - check with your bank etc. Your staff were helpful but could not resolve problem till it was discovered my billing address had been overwritten with a UK address in York - having never been to York or know anyone there I am unsure how this happened!! Once one of your staff in South Africa removed this address my order went through at long long last. A very stressful experience with money pending in my account for days on end. I had used this process previously without a problem but not sure I will use it again after this last effort.
