I always send an M&S e-gift card to my sister-in-law. Just enter the recipient’s email and select the delivery date. It always arrives on the day I select. I’ve been doing it for years and never had a problem. It’s the best way to give a gift. Just scan the barcode when you come to pay in store or use for online orders they are valid for a long time.

love sending mands gift cards. Unfortunately this recent ecard went to the recipients spam acct... and wasnt received on their wedding anniversary date... When no acknowledgement from the recipients of gift or notification from mands I made further enquiries... mands was very efficient in dealing with my enquiry but unfortunately the anniversary gift was late which was disappointing and didn't arrive on the date requested..
