The pump dispenser is faulty so I’m unable to get the product out without taking the glass container apart and using a thin stick to extract the cream for application.

This does help with tightening of the skin around the jawline but during application it does feel sticky rather than smooth. It can also 'pill' with bits rubbing off. Also does this when moisturiser is applied, even when I've waited for the serum to dry completely. It's still a work in progress for me. However, it definitely firms up the jawline and neck.

Everytime I use this product the cream at the dispenser has formed a hard skin, I've never experienced this with other creams of a similar value. Have been using this product for a werek so unble to say if does what it says on the packaging, but I suspect I'll be disappointed again.
