I sized up on the knickers based on previous reviews. There are extremely comfortable and soft to touch they do absorb sweat but not as efficient as i would like. Overall these knickers are good for everyday providing comfort and coverage. My advice to anyone that likes a bit of room is to size up and if you like your knickers snug stay true to size. I haven’t washed them yet but i will stick to the washing requirements and hopefully they keep shape and do not slack or fade.
