I am slowly replacing my old, cheap period knickers with M&S. These are perfect for heavy flow and I wear them at night without leaks. They wash well and have well "out lasted" my cheaper pairs. I dont use anything except these now when I have my period. The are a full knicker but not granny style but enough coverage to feel secure. Great for the environment and my pocket to not be using pads/tampons
