I always get my trainer liners from M&S. Although I’m a foot size 6, I always size down and buy the 3-5 foot size as I found the next size up too large. Wash well and good value for money.

I bought the white ones. I've only used one pair. They stay on my feet. The only negative is they are a bit tight on the top of my foot and can pinch when I walk. Not always but occasionally and only when wearing sandals. Remains to be seen if they are fully comfortable when wearing trainers.
