Not used as a period product so can’t comment on how effective they are in that respect. I bought them for extra coverage at the front whilst wearing leggings in the gym - the padded material comes high up the front and smooths everything out. Great value compared to other specially designed products on the market. Recommend you size up if you dont want them digging in at the sides.

Perfect for towards the end of my period. I’m a thong wearer day to day anyway so nice to be able to go back to them and still feel protected on the lighter days. I’ve found these comfortable and they fit well - I ordered my usual size.

Not really sure that the concept of a period thong works as there is inevitable leaking. probably ok as a safeguard if wearing a tampon but that sort of defeats the purpose. Otherwise the usual very good M&S quality!

Loving these! They're really comfortable, sit flush, no digging, no rubbing and no loose areas. I wear them daily, I think as period underwear they'd only work as a back up for a tampon, or for spotting. But for daily wear they're really great, going to buy another pack asap! Love the black and leopard, I'm sure other colours will come in time but for me, black is essential!

Bought to wear when I go the gym because normal period pants can feel quite bulky and have knicker line. These are great and I’ve been able to use them during normal flow. I’m normally a dress size 12 but bought a size 14 because I can bloat during my period. The fit is great and they’re really comfy.
