I love the M&S range of period underwear. They’re nice styles and so useful and easy to use. However, I do think they’re sized slightly smaller than the normal range of underwear. These are a bit tight in my usual size but nothing too uncomfortable. Even though these do need to be snug for their purpose, I would say size up if you prefer a more true to fit size. This fabric is the best out of their whole range in my opinion.

Long past period days! But I find them good for my sometimes leaky bladder. They are very comfortable and can walk with no worries
