Bought it as it's pure cotton. Not sure about the stain resistance but I'm happy that it keeps it's shape and stays soft after tumble dry or line dry.

Lovely cotton long sleeved polo shirts. Ideal on the skin. Lovely for the cooler months of spring autumn and winter and on their own in latexsoring and early summer with school uniform. I had them before and the sixe is very good and quality is outstanding for the orice. I love m&s as the quality and sizing are so dependable and great value for money.

They come up a tad larger but comfortable. Lighter weight cotton, thought it might’ve been slightly thicker material but great for sports as they’re 100% cotton natural fibre not artificial like polyester or nylon which make you sweat.
