I bought these for my daughter who due to a disability really struggles with doing up small buttons. They look just like a regular polo shirt but give her the independence to dress herself.

Bought these polo shirts in a hurry, trusting the usual quality of M&S. Should have read more carefully... My Autistic son had one of these shirts on for 5 minutes and now refuses to wear them. Velcro near the face and neck! Immediately went into sensory overload. Scratchy, noisy and completely unexpected. So disappointed, money down the drain as I'd already washed the shirts. Never even thought to examine the shirts closely as I'd never imagined such a concept. Life with autistic children can push you to the very edge of your capacity to cope during the relentless pace of work, school run, caring for elderly relatives and every other curve ball life throws up. Parents of Autistic children beware!

Rubbish. A white school shirt that can only be washed at 40 degrees! After washing the velcro doesn't lay flat.

Bought for my 5 year old who gets changed for PE at school. Said she was able to change easily. Very soft material. Nice line detail on collar. Only worn once and Velcro doesn’t seem to stick as well as hoped

After searching high and low and trying out many other school polo shirts for children with sensory needs, this one came highly recommended on many socials and other platforms. I can honestly say, my little girl is very happy and “itch free” compared to the seams of other school shirts. Two weeks in, I can say this polo t-shirt is a success.

I didn't spot that 'easy dressing' actually means that the buttons are replaced with velcro. Whilst some children might find that very helpful, my daughter was disappointed with it. You can't really have the neck open as the velcro is inclined to fully close. Wish we'd got a more standard button neck but didn't notice until we'd put name tags in.

The are high quality polo shirts, with a Velcro Backing behind the buttons. It is great for my boys, one of whom has autism and a coordination delay; so struggles with self dressing. They have made it possible for him to change himself for PE. Happy child and happy parent!
